I am in the process of changing my laptop and want to transfer Office to my new laptop but have hit some problems. Although I still work for the same organisation, I changed my work email address a couple of years ago and so don't have access to the old one. Also it didn't come with a licence key as far as I can see as I have no record of it.
I have the original order email, which has the order number, etc which came to my personal email address as thats how it worked but no other info. Hello, This site should give you the information you need. There have been changes in the Home Use Program. It used to be a program to purchase a perpetual license version at a very deep discount. Now it allows a steep discount on Office Home, pricing it about the same as the personal edition. Use those on the new computer.
Note that the HUP license is limited to use on one computer at a time and limited to the time you are employed with the HUP sponsor. This forum is a user-to-user support forum. I am a fellow user.
